About The Position
Securitas is seeking a Security Lead Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel, and preserving order. The Lead Officer may enforce site-specific regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises. This position offers an opportunity for individuals with security industry experience to advance their careers or serves as an introduction to the security industry.
Requirements
- High level customer service background.
- Detailed report writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Some supervisor experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts.
- Observe and report activities and incidents.
- Ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
- Maintain the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
