SWBC is seeking a motivated Security Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting a variety of security, risk, compliance, and resilience initiatives within a converged Security organization. This internship provides exposure to Information Security, Physical Security, and Organizational Resilience programs while working alongside experienced security professionals in a regulated financial services environment. The intern will initially focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities, including documentation, evidence collection, audit readiness, and compliance support, while gaining exposure to other security functions based on business needs and internship duration. Opportunities may include learning about cybersecurity technologies, identity and access management, security operations, physical security, business continuity, and resilience programs. This opportunity allows interns to gain practical experience across multiple security disciplines while contributing to meaningful business projects. Interns will develop valuable professional skills, gain insight into how enterprise security programs operate, and explore potential career paths in cybersecurity, corporate security, risk management, and organizational resilience.
