About The Position

The Security Intelligence Specialist will join the Physical Intelligence Team (PIT) within the Security Intelligence Group (SIG), supporting physical security operations through intelligence analysis, threat monitoring, and investigations. SIG delivers intelligence support across Physical, Fraud, and Cyber Security domains while providing critical intelligence products and assessments to security partners and senior leadership. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and communicating threats that may impact employees, facilities, executives, and business operations. The position supports physical security, executive protection, crisis management, and investigative functions through timely, actionable intelligence and risk assessments. The position operates during core business hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with some scheduling flexibility. Participation in a rotational on-call program to support after-hours intelligence and security matters is required.

Requirements

  • Experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, security intelligence, law enforcement, military intelligence, or a related field.
  • Formal intelligence training and a strong understanding of intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of physical security, executive protection, crisis management, and insider threat programs.
  • Experience monitoring and assessing protest activity targeting financial institutions, performing executive travel threat assessments, processing sensitive tactical intelligence alerts involving at-risk individuals, and conducting background investigations.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate information into actionable intelligence.
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience producing intelligence reports and assessments.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using intelligence, investigative, and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelors
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.

  • Experience supporting corporate security, critical infrastructure, financial services, or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Produce recurring intelligence products, including the weekly Physical Security Intelligence Update.
  • Monitor and assess threats that may impact employees, facilities, executives, or business operations.
  • Conduct intelligence-driven investigations involving insider threat, executive protection, physical security, and other sensitive matters.
  • Monitor criminal activity, protests, demonstrations, and other events that could disrupt operations or pose security risks.
  • Conduct executive travel threat assessments and provide intelligence support for executive protection activities.
  • Process and analyze tactical intelligence alerts involving at-risk individuals and potential threats.
  • Conduct background investigations using internal, commercial, and open-source intelligence resources.
  • Provide timely intelligence assessments, briefings, and recommendations to security stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with Physical Security, Executive Protection, Incident Response, Crisis Management, and other security teams to support threat mitigation efforts.
  • Respond to high-priority intelligence requests and emerging security events.
  • Prepare clear, concise written reports and executive-level intelligence briefings.
  • Participate in rotational on-call coverage supporting after-hours intelligence and security matters.
