The Security Integration Manager represents GSS on Raytheon’s growth portfolio supporting increased government demand for munitions and related production capacity (CGO) and capital investments. This role is the single security point of integration for new construction, facility expansion, re-alignment of work locations, and classified-space standup so that Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Program Security, and Industrial Security requirements are aligned early, executed cleanly, and folded into enterprise security plans and strategies. The individual will operate in a heavily matrixed environment—coordinating across Security disciplines, Facilities/Construction, Program Management, Operations, DT, and government accrediting and approval authorities—so projects stay on schedule without sacrificing accreditation, compliance, or operational security. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to construction sites, company locations, and government facilities will be required. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior internal leaders and government representatives clearly and professionally is essential to your success in this position.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience in project management delivering complex, multi-stakeholder efforts on schedule (PMP or equivalent methodology experience strongly valued).
  • Experience successfully operating in a heavily matrixed organization—coordinating across functions that do not report to the same manager.
  • Experience with U.S. government accrediting and approval authorities and the processes used to obtain facility, system, and program approvals for classified work.
  • Experience supporting construction of classified areas and/or planned move-in and activation of classified spaces.
  • Experience working with at least two of the following, and the ability to integrate all four: Physical Security, Cybersecurity (including classified AIS), Program Security (including SAP/SCI as applicable), and Industrial Security (NISPOM / 32 CFR Part 117).
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • DoD Clearance: Top Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, munitions, or other national-security manufacturing/production environments.
  • Direct experience with ICD 705 construction, DCSA/DSS closed area or SCIF accreditation, TEMPEST, or equivalent AO/SCA processes.
  • Prior FSO, CPSO, ISSM/ISSO, Physical Security Manager, or Program Security Officer experience.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification; familiarity with capital project / construction lifecycle (design, permitting, GC coordination, commissioning).
  • Top Secret clearance and current or prior SCI eligibility.
  • Experience standing up security operations at a new or expanding site (access control, IDS, visitor programs, classified material accountability).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Security’s primary representative on all designated growth, capacity, and munitions-related capital projects from concept through occupancy and accreditation.
  • Translate SLT security strategy into project-level requirements, decision milestones, and integration plans that construction and program teams can execute.
  • Identify security risks, schedule drivers, and interdependencies early; escalate conflicts and recommend practical trade-offs that protect accreditation timelines.
  • Orchestrate alignment among Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Program Security, and Industrial Security so requirements are consistent, sequenced, and not duplicated or missed.
  • Support and help facilitate design reviews, constructability reviews, and security working groups that include Facilities, Engineering, IT/OT, and program leadership.
  • Ensure new facilities and classified areas integrate with existing security architecture, policies, CONOPS, and long-range security plans.
  • Lead or support security planning for construction of, and relocation into, classified areas (including SCIFs, SAPFs, DoD closed areas, and other controlled spaces as applicable).
  • Ensure the coordination with government accrediting and approval authorities and company ISSMs/FSOs on TEMPEST, ICD 705 / physical construction standards, AIS/C2S, COMSEC, personnel access, and related packages.
  • Track accreditation and approval milestones; drive completeness of artifacts (fixed facility checklists, drawings, CONOPS, SSP/SSP annexes, AO/SCA packages) so occupancy is not delayed by security documentation.
  • Support transition from construction to operations: badge/access control, alarm/IDS, CCTV, visitor control, classified material handling, and day-one operating procedures.
  • Manage security workstreams using standard project management practices (scope, schedule, risk, communications, change control) across multiple concurrent sites and programs.
  • Build trusted working relationships in a matrix: influence without sole ownership of every resource; negotiate priorities among competing Security and program demands.
  • Prepare concise status, risk, and decision briefings for Security leadership, project sponsors, and, as required, government customers.
  • Capture lessons learned and fold them into playbooks so subsequent growth projects start from a proven security integration baseline.
