About The Position

This is a contract-to-hire position for a Security Installation Technician. The role requires proficiency in installing cameras (Axis and Avigilon), card access systems (SMS), and door contacts. Candidates should also be proficient with low voltage cabling. The team is looking for two Technician I roles with 1-2 years of experience, primarily focused on cable pulling, and two Technician II roles who will act as installers for cameras, card access, and door contacts. The position is for the first shift, 8 AM to 5 PM. Boom or scissor lift experience is needed, and certification can be provided through a 2-hour training if not already certified. Basic cabling hand tools such as snips, crimpers, screwdrivers, and a drill are required. The company will provide necessary major tools for temporary employees, including drill bits.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Installation of Cameras- Axis and Avigilon
• Proficiency with Card Access- SMS
• Proficiency with Door Contacts
• Proficiency with low voltage cabling
• 1-2 years of experience for Technician I roles (cable pullers)
• Experience as an installer for cameras, card access, and door contacts for Technician II roles
• Boom or Scissor lift experience
• Basic cabling hand tools (Snips/crimpers/Screwdrivers/Drill)
