About The Position
The Security Guard at Paradise Village is responsible for maintaining a safe campus and a security presence while working in the community. Provides customer service to residents, family members, providers, and visitors/guests. Expected to work independently with a high level of responsibility. Decision-making is required regularly. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in security or customer service is desirable.
- A current Guard Card is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
