Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access control points by checking credentials, reviewing visitor and contractor authorization, and helping to restrict unauthorized entry to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support truck gate and facility entry operations by documenting arrivals and departures, verifying required access information, and following post orders for inbound and outbound traffic.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
