About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and
the premises; greet and credential all visitors at entrance
2. Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other
safety issues
3. Provide excellent customer service

Marginal Functions:

1. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention,
property patrol, traffic control and accident investigation
2. Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to
employees and customers
3. Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Ability to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements
