About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Security Guards for both armed and unarmed positions. Candidates must possess the necessary permits and skills to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with modern technology.

Requirements

• Active Maryland Guard Card.
• Smartphone with a good data plan for security app usage.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and apps.
• Maryland Driver's License held for more than two years.
• Clean driving record for the last 7 years.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent grammar skills.
• Maryland Wear & Carry permit (for armed positions).
• Service Weapon registered in your name with Maryland (for armed positions).
• Duty Belt & Level 2 Holster or higher (for armed positions).

Responsibilities

• Provide security and protection for clients' properties.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and patrol premises.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Enforce rules and regulations.
• Utilize security apps and smartphones for reporting and communication.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
