As a Government Building Security Guard, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and members of the general public. You will play an important role in delivering professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Quality, service, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our client’s priorities.

Responsibilities

Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterent, and report writing/note taking.
Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork
Assist with access control and monitor individuals within the building.
Maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.
Conduct regular interior and Exterior patrols of the building.
Manage crowds and ensure safety
Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical situations, or security breaches.
Access control & technology proficiency required.
