As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, help deter security-related incidents, and support badge/access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and observe persons entering or leaving the property in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and logs.
