Commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Requirements

High School or General Equivalency Diploma
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
CPR Certified – must maintain certification once employed.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of related experience, or a completed degree/certificate from a post-secondary or vocational school in a related field with 0-1+ years related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Responsibilities

Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism
Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information
Greet guests and employees and escorts visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points
Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to other security personnel
Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms
Act as a first responder in emergency situations
