About The Position
The Security Guard at Mint Cannabis plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our team members, patients/customers, and retail operations. This position is responsible for monitoring activity on-site, enforcing security policies, and maintaining a welcoming but secure environment for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate is observant, calm under pressure, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Requirements
- Must have or obtain a Nevada Agent Card.
- Must be at least 21 and able to obtain an Nevada Agent card.

- Department of Financial and Professional Regulation before the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Walk around an area to check for safety issues.
- Check IDs, sign in visitors, and manage gates.
- Control and monitor all site access points.
- Ensure all gates, fences, storage containers, and restricted areas remain secured and properly locked at all times.
- Help during fires, medical events, or fights.
- Log daily activity and write reports on incidents.
