The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining compliance with property standards, rules, and regulations, utilizing tact and diplomacy while on duty. Key responsibilities include responding to medical emergencies, providing First Aid, CPR, or AED support, and enforcing access control procedures. The role requires a solid understanding of emergency and standard operating procedures, dealing with trespassers safely, and maintaining detailed records through memo books and incident reports. The Security Guard will conduct periodic foot patrols, investigate incidents, draft reports, ensure the peace, safety, and security of all patrons and clients, monitor CCTV systems, de-escalate crisis situations, and assist emergency and law enforcement personnel. Additionally, the position involves line management, customer service, and assisting with daily operations as directed.
