Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of security experience (required)
Valid BSIS Guard Card (required no exceptions)
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be over 21 years old

Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Demonstrated discipline and commitment to safety
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent observational skills with strong attention to detail
Experience working with transient populations and the ability to de-escalate volatile situations is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct regular foot patrols to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
Respond promptly to incidents and dispatch calls, assessing situations and taking appropriate action
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
Contact emergency personnel when necessary
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required, providing detailed incident reports
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations
