Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a retail location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related activities and reporting concerns to site leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe customer interactions, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior.
Assist with de-escalation, crowd management, and directional support during busy periods, special events, and/or emergency situations as needed.
