The Security Officer is responsible for providing a safe and secure work environment for all Team Members by enforcing company policies and procedures. This role involves observing and enforcing all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. The Security Officer is expected to maintain a positive work atmosphere, act effectively and cooperatively with others, recognize and act on incidents and safety risks, and consistently practice and enforce safe work habits. The officer must ensure their job is complete before leaving the premises and follow all company policies and procedures.
