About The Position

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will carry out safety and security procedures, follow site-specific policies, respond to emergencies and incidents, and patrol the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
