As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity and teamwork. Requirements

Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a government location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious persons, activities, and unattended property.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to established protocols.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and communication records.
