About The Position

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Naperville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will drive patrol routes, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to designated areas, report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns, and document incidents and observations according to site procedures.
Support a welcoming hospitality environment while assisting with security-related requests from guests, staff, and management.
