About The Position

Snoop Investigations & Security is seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to provide meal relief coverage at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley, New York. This position plays a critical role in maintaining continuous security coverage by relieving on-duty officers during scheduled breaks and meal periods throughout the property. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, punctual, and capable of working in various areas of the site while maintaining a professional security presence and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Valid New York State Security Guard License.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification.
Experience working in high-traffic public venues.

Responsibilities

Provide meal and break relief coverage for assigned security personnel.
Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property.
Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety and security concerns.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in accordance with site procedures.
Monitor access points and public areas.
Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and policy violations.
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs as required.
Assist visitors, tenants, employees, and customers with directions and general inquiries.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, management, and emergency responders.
Ensure uninterrupted security coverage during all scheduled relief periods.
