About The Position

America's Auto Auction is looking for a part-time, weekend day Security Guard. The Security Guard will always secure the lot, maintain the security of the premises, and intake any new vehicles that are being transported in. The Security Guard will always exhibit superior customer service.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous security experience preferred
Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
Highly customer service orientated
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Able to pass pre-employment screening
Able to work the part-time weekend hours listed

Responsibilities

Always provide efficient and courteous service to all customers.
Receive and log all incoming vehicles.
Checks and verifies stock number, VIN, color, and model of all vehicles prior to release.
Ensure appropriate signature and approval on all release documents.
Patrols the entire premises looking or anything out of the ordinary.
Ensure the facility is always locked.
Always maintain a clean and orderly guard shack.
Work well independently as well as a team player.
Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
Performs other duties, as necessary.
