Requirements

Valid Drivers License Required for Outdoor Armed Security Patrol
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Proficient in surveillance techniques and equipment operation (CCTV).
Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents accurately.
Armed security: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Memphis, TN 38115 (Required)

Nice To Haves

Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the safety of individuals in emergency situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
Document incidents and prepare reports on security activities for management review.
Participate in ongoing training programs related to conflict management, loss prevention, and emergency response.
