About The Position

Our project site is a critical zone requiring strict safety and security protocols to protect people, equipment, and data. We’re seeking reliable and vigilant Security Personnel to help protect our Liberty, TX site.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas security guard license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict
- Must be able to stand and patrol for long periods and work in outdoor environments
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in on-site security, law enforcement, or military preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access at site entrances and exits
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity
- Conduct inspections of vehicles, materials, and personnel entering/leaving the site
- Maintain activity logs and prepare security incident reports
- Enforce BaRupOn’s safety and security policies
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Support staff and visitors with security-related inquiries
