As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report observations, and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food production and corporate technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior production areas, offices, loading docks, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client-specific procedures.
