Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter spaces, with working conditions that may vary by site.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, support visitor processing, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
Support a professional environment within a technology-focused location by assisting with badge checks, policy awareness, and general security-related presence during daily operations.
