Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience is required, or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, lobbies, common areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused location by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
