The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees, minimizing opportunities for loss or damage, and deterring any threats to persons or property within the hotel's facilities. This role requires availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The guard will handle deliveries during non-business hours, monitor surveillance cameras, investigate alarms, patrol the property, assist guests with room access, respond to accidents, manage intoxicated guests according to regulations, report vehicle accidents/thefts, handle guest valuables, maintain confidentiality of reports, provide interdepartmental assistance, and offer security for events.
