About The Position

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Security Guard to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run. Paul’s Run Retirement Community in Northeast Philadelphia has a reputation as one of the BEST senior health care providers. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol community buildings and grounds including all parking lots to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry and to protect the welfare and safety of residents, employees, and visitors.
• Monitor closed circuit T.V. systems located in the Security Office in Main Lobby to detect unauthorized person(s) in hallways and other restricted areas.
• Able to operate computer, phone, and provide security at the front desk.
• Patrol interior and exterior of all buildings including parking lots.
