As a Security Guard Full Time Monitoring Patrol in Wellington, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential property, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support residents and guests with professional communication. Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, roadways, parking areas, entry points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian activity in accordance with community policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, unusual activity, and security-related concerns.
