Requirements
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate discipline and commitment to safety.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security risks
- MUST have at least 2 year of security experience.
- MUST have TWIC card.
- Valid BSIS Guard Card.
- Possess a high school education or equivalent (GED).
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid BSIS Guard Card
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the transient population and ability to de-escalate volatile situations is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to incidents and dispatch calls, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety in accordance with policy and law.
- Contacting emergency personnel when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports on incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, patrols, and observations.
