As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Property Security in Hopewell Junction, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist visitors and employees with professional communication and customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for employees and authorized guests.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities.
