Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
25+ years of age due to insurance requirements
Knowledge of: Electronic security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies
Knowledge of: HIPAA and OSHA regulations/procedures
Knowledge of: Customer service principles and practices
One (1) year of experience in a similar position

Responsibilities

Implement and manage security policies and procedures to safeguard the clinic's premises, assets, and personnel
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and address potential threats
Deescalate situations that affect personnel and/or patients
Manage company process and protocols for security-related incidents and emergencies
Investigate and document security incidents, providing detailed reports to management
Monitor and authorize access for staff, patients, and visitors, maintaining a secure environment
Patrol premises to ensure security and safety on the property, conduct security checks, and escort visitors and staff as needed
