Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 25+ years of age due to insurance requirements
  • Knowledge of: Electronic security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies
  • Knowledge of: HIPAA and OSHA regulations/procedures
  • Knowledge of: Customer service principles and practices
  • One (1) year of experience in a similar position

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in law enforcement

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage security policies and procedures to safeguard the clinic's premises, assets, and personnel
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and address potential threats
  • Deescalate situations that affect personnel and/or patients
  • Manage company process and protocols for security-related incidents and emergencies
  • Investigate and document security incidents, providing detailed reports to management
  • Monitor and authorize access for staff, patients, and visitors, maintaining a secure environment
  • Patrol premises to ensure security and safety on the property, conduct security checks, and escort visitors and staff as needed
