About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join their team. This role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The site location is a multi-story corporate office building in Hagerstown, Maryland. A driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Pass an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of at least 2 years or more
State license if required
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
CPR/First Aid Certification
Phone skills and computer literacy
Driver's License and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
