About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, attentive, and professional Full-Time Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, customers, and property. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, good judgment, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in a variety of situations.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security licence
• A Valid Ontario Driver's licence (Class G2 or G)
• First aid certification required
• Strong report writing skills
• Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
