About The Position
Responsible for being on site for resident requests and emergencies on third shift (8pm to 8am).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area with little direct supervision
- Experience in using tools and equipment required for this position
- Basic understanding of computers
- CPR/AED certified
- First Aid certified
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Promptly responds when called to assess situation and contact appropriate individuals.
- Handles light maintenance/janitorial emergencies.
- Completely secures campus by checking doors, lights and ground area on a nightly basis.
- Makes regular rounds of buildings.
- Completes reports of nightly rounds and occurrences during assigned shift.
- Assisting with projects and miscellaneous other duties as assigned.
- Attention to and perpetuation of the core values and mission of Villa St. Benedict are essential.
