As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Naperville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide welcoming customer service and clear communication to guests, staff, and visitors while responding to concerns. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
