About The Position

As a Security Officer CPR Lic Preferred, Unarmed Patrol in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while working with a reliable, agile team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and requesting assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
