As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site-specific procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, perimeter, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and facility conditions; verify credentials and maintain accurate logs and incident reports as required.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations, incidents, and security-related concerns.
