As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Saint Peters, MO , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor ingress and egress activity at gates, docks, and access points, verifying credentials, tracking visitor and/or vehicle movement, and reporting discrepancies according to site protocols.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing package handling areas, reporting damaged property and/or suspicious behavior, and following post orders for after-hours activity and restricted areas.
