As a Security Guard - Telecom Patrol Driver in Kapolei, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure and welcoming environment for everyone on site. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This position includes driving responsibilities. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Assist with monitoring the location in line with established protocols, reporting any suspicious or unusual behavior.
Work collaboratively with team members to address incidents and support a secure environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents and daily activities as required by Allied Universal.
Interact with clients, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and address questions or concerns in a courteous manner.
