As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide outstanding customer service, assist with access control, and respond to alarms as needed. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and/or site representatives to address security-related concerns as they arise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
