Security Guard Supervisor
About The Position
Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility. This role involves learning all the jobs of immediate staff, ensuring the completion and accuracy of reports, and completing daily and weekly reports as needed. The supervisor will also train, evaluate performance, and implement disciplinary procedures for staff, while resolving employee conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. Direct communication with company and outside services is expected, along with working in the Order Management System/Shop Floor, and coordinating with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic Department. Responsibilities include maintaining logs for inbound and outbound trucks, attending scheduled meetings, and reporting to the Safety Manager. Other duties as assigned and covering all shifts as needed are also part of the role.

- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required
