About The Position

Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility. This role involves learning all the jobs of immediate staff, ensuring the completion and accuracy of reports, and completing daily and weekly reports. The Security Guard Supervisor will also supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance, implement disciplinary procedures, and resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. This position requires direct communication with company and outside services, maintaining logs for inbound and outbound trucks, and attending scheduled meetings. The role reports to the Safety & Health Manager and may require lifting up to 50lbs, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous security related experience a plus
10-key and computer skills required
Ability to handle conflict
Communication skills—written and verbal
Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial but not required
Self-starter & Team player
Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
Good attendance Record
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to pass a Background Check

Responsibilities

Base Salary: $49,585 min- $90,246 mid
