About The Position

The Security Guard / Scale House Operator is responsible for the operation and security of the scale house at the plant, ensuring all work is carried out in an efficient manner and following all coast guard regulations. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record all visitors on and off the property.
• Weigh all trucks entering /exiting the facility and as needed before and after off-loading.
• Accurately fill out and maintain shipping & receiving logs.
• Complete commodity contracts as required.
• Keep various daily & weekly spreadsheets updated.
• Set up & close out daily ticket control sheets.
• Maintain the plant trailer board and assign trailers as needed.
• Maintain safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
