Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or visitor activity in support of site protocols, assisting with badge verification, escort procedures, and reporting of suspicious behavior.
• Support daily operations at a technology-focused location by observing for disruptions to personnel, property, and/or business activity and reporting maintenance, access, or security-related issues promptly.
