About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Guard Patrol Enhanced for an assigned site in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The position provides a reliable weekly anchor shift, with a six-month commitment, and the option to claim additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. Additional shifts may allow hours to vary from part-time to as many as 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back.

The role involves providing customer service and conducting security procedures and patrols at a chemical and petrochemical location. The position pays $19.00 per hour and is scheduled Wednesday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and document activities as required.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards while following personal protective equipment and site access requirements.
