Join Allied Universal in a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and clear communication while bringing integrity, teamwork, and reliability to every shift.

Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, stairwells, and the exterior perimeter to help support security-related awareness.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, helping to confirm authorized access and directing guests, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Support property operations by communicating clearly with building management and/or first responders, assisting with alarms, disturbances, and after-hours building checks as needed.
