As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

Possess supervisory experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; maintain professional interactions with visitors and personnel.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
