Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
